Rodinný dům Veselá u Valašského Meziříčí

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zpracováním projektové dokumentace pro realizaci novostavby rodinného domu ve Veselé u Valašského Meziříčí. Objekt je situován ve svažitém terénu. Rodinný dům je dvoupodlažní, nepodsklepený a tvoří jej jedna bytová jednotka. Půdorys objektu má tvar písmene „L“. Obytná část domu je zastřešena pultovou střechou. Garáž je zastřešena plochou střechou. Objekt je navržen tak, aby plně respektoval svažitost terénu – ze západní strany se tak objekt jeví jako jednopodlažní a nad terén zasahuje pouze druhé nadzemní podlaží. Plochá střecha nad garáží pak na této straně přechází plynule na terén. Hlavní obytná část je rozdělena na společenskou část v 1NP a klidovou část ve 2NP. Příjezd k objektu je ze severní strany nově navrženým sjezdem na stávající asfaltovou komunikaci. Svislé nosné konstrukce jsou z tvárnic Porotherm 30 Profi a z betonových tvarovek pro ztracené bednění. Příčky jsou z tvárnic Porotherm 14 Profi a Porotherm 11,5 Aku. Stropní konstrukce tvoří monolitické železobetonové desky, nosnou konstrukci pultové střechy tvoří dřevěný krov.The bachelor thesis deals with project documentation for the realization of a new detached house in Veselá near Valašské Meziříčí. The building is located in the sloping terrain. It is the two storey building. It is a residential unit. The shape of the floor plan is the letter "L". There is a shed roof above the residential part of the house and a flat roof above the garage. The building is designed to respect the sloping terrain- on the west side the object looks like a single storey - over the terrain is possible to see only the 2nd floor. On the west side the flat roof above the garage turns to the terrain. The residential part of the house is divided on the social part in the 1st floor and the rest part in the 2nd floor. There is a newly designed drive on the north side continues in existing tarred road. The vertical load-bearing structures are made of the blocks Porotherm 30 Profi and from concrete blocks. Partitions are made of blocks Porotherm 14 Profi and Porotherm 11.5 Aku. The floor structures are made of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The load-bearing structure of the shed roof is roof truss.
