Wellness centrum

Abstract

Diplomová práce „Wellness centrum'' je zpracována ve formě prováděcí dokumentace obsahující všechny náležitosti dle platných norem a předpisů. Navržený objekt je řešen jako třípodlažní budova. Objekt slouží veřejnosti k rekreaci a sportu. V 1S je umístěno technické zázemí, zázemí pro zaměstnance, šatny a posilovna. V 1 NP se nachází kavárna a wellness. Ve 2NP se nachází kanceláře pro administrativu budovy, masáže, solárium, šatny a fitness sál. Budova je založena na základových patkách a nosné stěny na základových pasech.. Nosný systém je kombinovaný konstrukční systém sloupů a s stěn.Diploma Thesis “Wellness centre“ is processed in the form of detailed project documentation which contains all requirements in accordance with applicable standards and regulations. The proposed design of the object is a three-storey building. The building will serve as a place for relaxation and sport. Technical facilities, staff room, changing rooms and fitness centre are located in the basement. The café and wellness is situated in 1PP. The offices for administration of the building, massage rooms, tanning salon, changing rooms and fitness hall are located in the 2nd floor. The building is based on foundation footings and load bearing walls are based on foundation strips. Support system of the building is a combined construction system of the walls and columns.
