Rodinný dům s provozovnou

Abstract

Předložená bakalářská práce má za cíl vypracovat dokumentaci pro provádění stavby. Jedná se o novostavbu rodinného domu s provozovnou masáží. Novostavba je situována na území Zlínského kraje ve Starém Městě. Je určena k trvalému bydlení pro čtyř člennou rodinu. Objekt je navržen jako zděná stavba do tvaru L, kde svislé a vodorovné konstrukce jsou navrženy z konstrukčního systému Porotherm. Má dvě nadzemní podlaží a je zastřešen sedlovou střechou.This bachelor thesis aims to prepare documentation for the execution of the project . This is a family house with an establishment massage. The new building is situated on the territory of the Zlín region in the Staré Město. It is intended for permanent housing for four- member family . The building is designed as a brick building in the shape of L , where the vertical and horizontal structures are designed from the structural system Porotherm . It has two floors and is covered with a gable roof.
