| dc.description.abstract | Projekt balansuje nie len na hrane kolektívneho a individuálneho priestoru, ale hlbšie objavuje rôzne roviny komunitného bývania. Nie je obmedzený na jednu formu komunitného bývania a tvorí tak sieť rôznych foriem a ich možných podôb. Cieľom je dopomôcť k riešeniu bytovej krízy a poskytnúť dostupné bývanie rôznym sociálnym, ekonomickým a vekovým skupinám. Zároveň reaguje na aktuálnu podobu parcely, ktorá má charakter vágneho terénu. Je miestom niečoho čo je ničím a zároveň niečím. Priestor je ťažko definovateľný a každý mu môžeme pripísať inú hodnotu. Obnáša vrstvy časov minulých, zeleň a malé svety, ktoré návrh rešpektuje a poskytuje dostatočný priestor na ich náhodný rozmach. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | Project balances not only on the edge of collective and individual, but goes beyond and takes a closer look at different forms of community housing. It is not limited to one form of community hosuing thus creates a network of different forms and their possibilities. The aim of the project is to help solve the housing crisis and provide affordable housing to different social, economic and age groups. At the same time, it responds to the current state of the plot, which has the character of vague terrain. It is a place of something that is nothing but at the same time something. The space is difficult to define and each of us can assign a different value to the space. It carries layers of history, greenery and small worlds which the deisgn respects and provides enough space for their random expansion. | en |
