dc.description.abstract	Práce se zabývá předpisy pro evidování práv k nemovitostem. Na stručný úvodní přehled o fungování katastrálních systémů v Evropě navazuje detailní popis situace ve Španělsku a ve Velké Británii. Nejprve je podáno historické pozadí současného stavu, následuje jeho podrobný popis a srovnání zákonů a předpisů v těchto zemích s jejich obdobou v ČR. Výklad je doplněn konkrétními příklady.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The bachelor´s thesis deals with the regulations in the field of real estates property rights. A concise introductory outline presenting the way cadastral systems function in Europe is followed by a detailed description of the respective situation in Spain and in Great Britain. The historical background to the current state of things is explained first. The second part consists of a detailed description of the systems in both countries and offers also a comparison of the laws and regulations in these countries with their counterparts in the Czech Republic. Concrete examples amend the text.	en
