Nadstandardní rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je novostavba nadstandartního rodinného domu v Litomyšli, Záhraď. Stavební pozemek je téměř na rovinatém terénu na okraji města. Objekt je navržen jako samostatně stojící, dvoupodlažní, částečně podsklepený a je navržen z keramických tvarovek Porotherm s železobetonovým monolitickým stropem. Zastřešení objektu v části nad 1NP je řešeno plochou střechou vegetační. Nad zbylou částí 1NP a 2NP je zastřešení řešeno plochou střechou zakončenou PVC folií přitíženou říčním kamenivem. Veškeré konstrukce odpovídají platným normám ČSN.

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is a high standard detached house in Litomyšl, Záhraď. Terrain at the buidling site is almost flat and it is situated at periphery of the town. The house is designed as a separately standing, two-storeyed building and it is partly cellared. Horizontal structures are made of reinforced concrete, vertical structures are made of the Porotherm system. The whole roofing of the house is flat – one part is designed as a green roof and the rest is made of PVC foil weighted with gravel. All constructions correspond with the applicable ČSN standards.
