dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá otázkou možnosti využití měřicí aparatury založené na aplikaci metody elektrické impedanční spektrometrie (EIS) při sledování teplotní stratifikace vody. Pro měření jsou určeny přístroje Z-metr III a Z-metr IV, které byly realizovány řešením projektů E!4981 a E!7614 mezinárodního programu aplikovaného výzkumu EUREKA. Součástí bakalářské práce je také návrh měřicí sondy. Experiment je realizován v laboratoři ÚVST FAST VUT v Brně.	cs
dc.description.abstract	Bachelor thesis examines the possibility of using the measuring apparatus based on the application of the method of electrical impedance spectrometry (EIS) for monitoring the temperature stratification of the water. For measurement are used the devices Z-meter III and Z-meter IV, which were designed in project E!4981 and E!7614 international applied research in program EUREKA. Part of the thesis is also a proposal of the probe. The experiment is carried out in a laboratory conditions, Laboratory of Water Management Research, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Brno University of Technology.	en
