Penzion pro seniory

Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce je návrh projektové dokumentace penzionu pro seniory v Třebíči. Budova se skládá ze tří nadzemních podlaží a suterénu. Suterén je pro technické zázemí. První dvě nadzemní patra jsou téměř identická a jsou v nich jednotlivé byty seniorů. Ve třetím nadzemním patře je administrativa penzionu pro seniory a služby, které ubytovaným usnadní život. Jde o provozy lékaře, dentisty, maséra nebo třeba kadeřníka. Součástí projektu je i architektonická studie.The subject of this thesis is design of engineering documentation for senior people's home in Třebíč. The building has four levels where the first is based in underground. Basement provides spaces for technological support. The first floor and the second floor consist of residential units and have almost identical layout. On the top floor are management offices and service offices for residents, such is doctor, dentist, therapist or even hairdresser. Documentation also includes architectural concept.
