dc.description.abstract	Práce je zaměřena na definování financování bydlení, které je určeno především pro mladé lidi. Zejména je zaměřena na získávání zdrojů pro financování výstavby rodinného domu. Provedení výstavby bude ve Slovenské vesnici Vrádište a konkrétní informace a podklady budou čerpány ze Slovenských zdrojů. Následně bude provedeno srovnání s Českou republikou. Cílem práce je posoudit na konkrétním případu dvou mladých lidí, zda budou schopni financovat vlastní výstavbu a z jakých zdrojů. Budou zde znázorněny příklady financování a následné zhodnocení nákladů s nimi spojených.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The work is aimed to define financial aspect of living, which is determined mainly for young people. The work is especially focused on collecting sources to fund the building of a house for family. The result will be built in Vrádište, Slovakia. The informations and materials will be obtained from Slovak sources. At the next part it'll be comparised with sources from Czech Republic. The aim of the work is to decide on specific pair of young people if they will be able to fund their own construction of house and from which sources of finance. There will be represented examples for financing and following evaluation of the cost linked within.	en
