Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na návrh rodinného domu. Novostavba je určena pro 4-5 člennou rodinu. Dům je samostatně stojíci se dvěma nadzemními podlažími a valbovou střechou. Předností tohoto domu jsou jeho velké prosklené plochy v obývacím pokoji a v druhém podlaží. Svislé nosné a nenosné konstrukce jsou navrženy z tvárnic Ytong. Stropní konstrukce je navržena ze stropních panelů.

Bachelor´s thesis is focused on the design of the residential house. The new building is designed for a family of 4-5 members. The house is detached with two overground flo-ors and a hipped roof.
