Abstract

Mojím zámerom bolo reagovať na problémy danej lokality, odhaliť, čo tomuto miestu chýba a ako by sa dala situácia riešiť v rozmedzí mojej stavby. V prvom rade som reagovala na chýbajúce plochy verejného priestoru v tejto lokalite o ktoré som chcela obohatiť túto lokalitu vrámci môjho projektu. Táto myšlienka úzko súvisí aj so susedstvom Divadla Radosť, ktoré si tiež zaslúži verejný predpriestor. Keďže sa táto lokalita nachádza v blízkosti centra mesta, je lukratívna pre rozsiahle plochy bývania. Preto je v objekte venovaných ca. 89% celkovej podlažnej plochy bývaniu. Mojím zámerom bolo parcelu využiť čo najefektívnejšie, čo sa prejavilo v objeme stavby, ktorá dopĺňa prázdne nárožie parcely, susediace štítové steny od Policajnej stanice a ešte ďalším objemom v severnej časti parcely oddeľuje súkromnú záhradu od verejného priestoru. Verejnému priestranstvu je venované vzniknuté átrium, ktoré som nechcela nechať uzavreté vo vnútrobloku. Preto sa hmota stavby v mieste nárožia zdvíha nad terén a ustupuje o dve podlažia, čím je vytvorený jasný a veľký vstup do vnútrobloku, ktoré naberá charakter verejného námestia.My intention was to respond to the challenges of the site , to discover what this place is missing and how could the situation dealt with in the range of my building . First of all , I responded to the missing areas of public space in this area of which I would like to contribute to this site within my project . This idea is closely related to the Neighborhood Theatre Joy , which also deserves public predpriestor . Since this location is close to downtown, is lucrative for large areas of housing . Therefore, a facility dedicated to ca . 89 % of the total floor area housing . My intention was used the plot as efficiently as possible , which is reflected in the volume of construction , which complements empty corner parcel adjacent side walls of the police station and yet another volume in the northern part of the area separates the private garden from the public space . Public space is devoted incurred atrium , which I did not want to leave enclosed in the inner block . Therefore, the mass structure in the location hips lifted above the ground and disappears on two floors , thus establishing a clear and large entrance to the courtyard , which takes on the character of the public square.
