Návrh vylepšení strategie údržby v kontextu Průmyslu 4.0

Abstract

Táto bakalárska práca sa venuje návrhu vylepšenia stratégie údržby v kontexte Priemyslu 4.0 vo vybranom podniku, konkrétne v prevádzke firmy Subtil v Myjave. V prvej časti práce je rozobraná teória týkajúca sa údržby samotnej, jej stratégií a vývoja naprieč priemyselnými revolúciami a s tým spojená teória konceptu Priemyslu 4.0 a jeho kyberneticko-fyzických princípov. Praktická časť sa venuje opisu aktuálnej stratégie údržby v podniku a opisu súčasného stavu poznania v oblasti údržby v kontexte Priemyslu 4.0. Následne sú zistené fakty aplikované do stratégie údržby firmy Subtil podľa jej potrieb a možností.This bachelor's thesis deals with a proposal of a maintenance strategy refinement in the context of Industry 4.0 in a selected company, particularly in the operating center of Subtil corporation located in Myjava. The first part of the thesis deals with the theory of maintenance itself, its strategies and development across industrial revolutions and the related theory of the Industry 4.0 concept and its cyber-physical principles. The practical part is devoted to the description of the current maintenance strategy in the company and the description of the current state of knowledge in the field of maintenance in the context of Industry 4.0. Subsequently, the findings are applied to the maintenance strategy of Subtil according to its needs and capabilities.
