Abstract
Bakalárska práca analyzuje súčasný motivačný systém vo firme Emerson a.s., divízia Branson. Pomocou dotazníka skúma spokojnosť zamestnancov s motivačným programom, vyhodnocuje a navrhuje zmeny v súčasnom programe, ktoré by viedli k väčšej efektivite, produktivite práce a spokojnosti vo firme.
Bachelor´s thesis analyzes the current incentive system in the company Emerson a.s., division Branson. Means of questionnaire examining employee satisfaction with incentive schemes and evaluate proposed changes to the current program, which would lead to greater efficiency, productivity and satisfaction in the company.
