Dvougenerační rodinný dům na bázi dřeva

Abstract

V této bakalářské práci je řešena projektová dokumentace pro provedení dvougenerační dřevostavby rodinného domu. Řešená stavba je umístěna v městské části Brno-Jih, katastrální území Dolní Heršpice. Rodinný dům je navržen jako dvojdomek se sedlovou střechou, který je spojem komunikačním prostorem se vstupem orientovaným na sever. Objekt má dvě nadzemní podlaží, nepodsklepený a je určen pro trvalé bydlení dvou rodin. Konstrukční řešení stavby je rámové, opláštěné sádrovláknitými deskami Fermacell.This bachelor‘s thesis deals with the project documentation for the realization of a two-generation wooden building of a family house. The solved structure is located in the Brno-Jih district, the cadastral area of Dolní Heršpice. The family house is designed as a semi-detached house with a saddle roof, which is connected by communicative area with a north-facing entrance. The building has two above-ground floors, non-cellar and is intended for permanent living of two families. The structural design of the building is frame-covered with Fermacell gypsum fiber boards.
