Abstract

Bakalářská práce je projekt rodinného dvoupodlažního domu se suterénem. Projekt je zpracován ve stupni provádění stavby, se zaměřením na návrh konstrukčních detailů a energetické náročnosti budovy. Součástí je také požárně bezpečnostní řešení rodinného domu. Dispoziční řešení a architektonické ztvárnění je dle požadavků budoucích uživatelů s ohledem na platné zákony, vyhlášky, normy. Pro stavbu rodinného domu jsou navrženy tradiční materiály s ohledem na nejnovější poznatky ve stavebnictví.This bachelor’s dissertation is on the design of a two-floor family home with a basement. This study starts at the building stage and focuses on the construction details and energy demands of the building. It also looks at fire safety solutions in the home. The floorplan and the architectural look take into account the needs of the future occupants in terms of the relevant regulations, standards and norms. Traditional materials are used with the latest building techniques.
