Ekonomické a finanční dopady investičního projektu na veřejného investora

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je zhodnocení ekonomických a finančních dopadů investičního projektu na veřejného investora. Pro posouzení míry dopadu vlivů je definováno hospodaření investora – obce Ludkovice. Zvoleným posuzovaným projektem je výstavba Sportovního areálu v Ludkovicích. Výstupy hodnocení jsou stanoveny pomocí aplikace eCBA, která využívá metodu analýzy nákladů a užitků. Diplomová práce kloubí dohromady teoretické poznatky hodnocení ekonomických ukazatelů jako Čistá současná hodnota, Vnitřní výnosové procento a Index rentability a využívá jejich výpočtů pro vyhodnocení celkové efektivnosti a možností financování investice v praxi.The aim of the master‘s thesis is to evaluate the economic and financial impacts of the investment project on the public sector. It is defined the financial management of the investor – the village Ludkovice – for the assessing of the impacts. Selected project is the construction of a sports complex in Ludkovice. Outputs are determined by using eCBA application that uses method of Cost Benefit Analysis. The thesis connects together theoretical knowledge of evaluation economic indicators such as Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return and Profitability Index and use this calculations to evaluate the overall effectiveness of investment and the possibility of financing in practice.
