dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce zpracovává projekt rodinného domu s provozovnou kadeřnictví. Půdorys objektu je řešen jako čtvercový se zalomeným rohem. Objekt tvoří dvě nadzemní podlaží, podkroví a jedno podzemní podlaží. Zastřešení objektu tvoří sedlová střecha o sklonu 35°, jako krytina jsou použity střešní plechové šablony. Dům bude sloužit k bydlení čtyřčlenné rodiny V suterénu je umístěna garáž pro dva osobní automobily, dílna, technická místnost a schodišťový prostor. První nadzemní podlaží tvoří provozovna kadeřnictví, která se skládá z prostoru pro stříhání a zázemí personálu, druhou část prvního podlaží tvoří vstup do bytové jednotky se skladem a WC. Ve druhém nadzemním podlaží se nachází koupelna a obývací pokoj s kuchyní. V podkroví se nachází dva dětské pokoje ložnice a koupelna. Projekt byl vypracován ve výukové verzi programu ArchiCAD 16. Projekt je zpracován v souladu s požadavky dispozičního uspořádání, architektonického řešení, správného statického řešení a bezpečného užívání stavby.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This bachelor´s thesis is the project of the family house with the hairdressing saloon. The building floor plan is designed as a square with a cranked corner. The building consists of two floors, an attic and one underground floor. The roofing of the building is formed by a saddle roof with a slope of 35°, metal sheet templates are used as covering. The house will be used for living a family of four. In the basement there is a garage for two cars, a workshop, an utility room and a staircase space. On the first floor there is a hairdressing saloon with a space for cutting and hinterland of staff, in the second part of the first floor there is an entrance into a housing unit with a stock and a toilet. On the second floor there is a bathroom and a living room with a kitchen. In the attic there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. The project was developed in the educational version of ArchiCAD16. The project is designed in accordance with the requirements of layout arrangement, architectural design, the correct structural design and the safe use of the building.	en
