dc.description.abstract	Cílem bakalářské práce je podrobně popsat a zhodnotit současný stav koryta toku Luha a objektů s ním spojených v zájmovém úseku ř. km 0,000 – 2,853 v katastrálním území obce Jeseník nad Odrou. Součástí práce je posouzení kapacity koryta toku v řešené lokalitě a návrh ideových opatření, která by ji zvýšila na návrhovou hodnotu dvacetiletého průtoku. Výpočet průběhu hladin je prováděn pomocí 1D matematického modelu HEC-RAS pro vybrané N-leté průtoky. Na základě výsledků průběhů hladin, posouzení kapacity koryta a objektů v řešeném úseku jsou navrženy dvě varianty soustavné úpravy toku pro zlepšení současného stavu koryta a zvýšení protipovodňové ochrany přilehlého okolí.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The aim of the bachelor thesis is to describe and evaluate in detail the current state of the Luha river and the objects connected with it, in the interest section – river kilometer 0.000-2.853 in the cadastral area of the Jeseník nad Odrou. Part of the work is to assess the capacity of the river flow in the locality and to propose ideological measures that would increase it to the design value of the 20-year flow. The calculation of the flow rate is performed by using the 1D mathematical model HEC-RAS for selected N-year flows. On the basis of the results of the flow rate, the assessment of the capacity of the channel and the objects in the solved section, two variants of continuous river basin adjustment are proposed to improve the current state of the channel and to increase the flood protection of the neighboring area.	en
