Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá určením deformačně-napěťového chování a následnou predikcí životnosti trubiček výměníku solárních elektráren se zahnutím creepové deformace. První část práce se zabývá rešerší typů solárních elektráren a konstrukce výměníků, s následným popisem creepové deformace a metodami predikce životnosti.
Master’s thesis deals with the determination of deformation–stress behavior and the subsequent prediction of the service life of heat receiver tubes in olar power plants, taking into account creep deformation. The first part of the thesis focuses on a review of different types of solar power plants and heat receivers designs, followed by a description of creep deformation and methods for lifetime prediction. For the description of creep deformation, the Norton creep model was selected, and subsequently, a stress relaxation model was derived for this model. Numerical computational models were then developed using the finite element method in the Ansys Workbench environment, employing both Solid and Shell element types, in order to assess an appropriate level of geometric detail with respect to computational time requirements. For all models, a thermal analysis was performed, followed by a static structural analysis to obtain stress distributions. Based on the stress and temperature distributions, the critical location and the service life of the tube were determined, including the effect of stress relaxation. The thesis found that models using Shell elements may not be suitable for predicting the lifetime of the tubes. Based on the comparison of all model types, the most suitable model was determined to be the full tube model using Solid elements.

Popsat obrázek jedné z trubiček a zhodnotit redukované napětí.
