Abstract
Územněplánovací dokumentaci lze definovat jako statickou databázi pozemků, na kterou jsou aplikovány vrstvy regulací, jako jsou funkční plochy, výška zástavby, index podlažních ploch nebo index zastavěných ploch. Změna a aktualizace této databáze jsou několik let trvající proces. Práce se zabývá novou technologií blockchain. Blockchain je databáze, jejíž aktualizace spočívá v decentralizované sdílené peer-to-peer síti. Induktivním způsobem a metodou kvalitativního výzkumu práce mapuje možnosti využití technologie v rámci systému územního plánování.
Town and country planning documentation can be defined as a static database of plots on which layers such as functional areas, height of built-up area, floor area index or built-up area index are applied. Changing and updating this database is a process which takes several years. This paper deals with the new technology blockchain. Updating a blockchain database is based on a decentralized and shared peer-to-peer network. The inductive and qualitative research method maps the possibilities for the use of this technology within the town and country planning system.
