Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem pohonu lisu LKJP 630, jehož uspořádání je pevně dané konstrukcí řady LKJP. Práce byla zadána ve spolupráci se společností ŽĎAS, a.s, která je zde představena. První část práce se věnuje analýze řešené problematiky a obsahuje především rozdělení tvářecích strojů, používaných pohonů a popis jejich hlavních částí. Druhá část práce se zabývá návrhem samotného pohonu, je zde uveden konstrukční návrh a provedena pevnostní kontrola hlavních částí pohonu. Součástí práce je výkresová dokumentace včetně seznamu položek.Master’s thesis deals with the design of the drive of the press LKJP 630, the configuration is a fixed range by the construction of LKJP. The thesis was ordered by partnership with company ŽĎAS, which is introduced. The first part is devoted to analysis of solved problems, it primarily contains the overview on forming machines, used drives and a description of their main parts. The second part deals with the drive itself, there is accomplished the design and performed the strength analysis of the major parts of the drive. Drawing documentation and bill of materials are included.
