NOVÉ NA STARÉ – Brno, nároží Bratislavská - Stará

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce byl architektonický a urbanistický návrh zástavby nárožní proluky ulic Stará a Bratislavská v městské části Brno – střed. Návrh počítá s dotvořením uličních čar, vytvořením veřejného prostoru a výškové dominanty na nároží. Rozdělením hmoty na více částí díky různým výškovým hladinám a řešením fasád se objekt snaží přizpůsobit měřítku okolních domů. Hlavní funkcí objektu je bydlení, doplňkovými funkcemi jsou obchodní prostory, kavárna a taneční studio.

This bachelor thesis deals with an architectural and urban design of a possible build-up development of a vacant lot at the corner of the streets Stará and Bratislavská in the town district Brno-střed. The project includes the creation of street lines, a public space and a high-rise point at the corner of the streets. Thanks to the variation in height and the facade propositions, the mass of the building is distributed into several parts. This way the building object is well adjusted to the scale factor of the neighbouring buildings. The main function of the object is housing, and the additional functions include a commercial property, a café and a dance studio.
