dc.description.abstractGKÚ Bratislava is the operator of the Slovak real-time positioning service (SKPOS). In addition to the operation of the control software, user management, quality monitoring and other interesting activities, the National Service Centre of SKPOS is also dedicated to the management of GNSS reference stations, including the calculation of their coordinates. The number of SKPOS reference stations with calculated spatial coordinates and velocities directly represents the national ETRS89 realization in Slovakia. Therefore, the reliability of the calculated coordinates also has a direct impact on the accuracy of the national reference frame and the reliability of positioning in the ETRF2000 within SKPOS. The paper describes in detail the procedure of calculating the official coordinates of SKPOS reference stations using Bernese GNSS software, through their verification up to their acceptance by the EUREF Executive Committee. It also describes how the SKPOS National Service Center calculates the coordinates of new SKPOS stations after their establishment or after GNSS antenna replacement.en
dc.description.abstractGKÚ Bratislava je prevádzkovateľom Slovenskej priestorovej observačnej služby (SKPOS). Národné servisné centrum SKPOS sa okrem obsluhy riadiaceho softvéru, správy používateľov, monitoringu kvality a ďalších zaujímavých aktivít venuje aj správe referenčných staníc GNSS, vrátane výpočtu ich súradníc. Množina referenčných staníc SKPOS s vypočítanými priestorovými súradnicami, resp. ich rýchlosťami priamo reprezentuje národnú realizáciu systému ETRS89 na Slovensku. Z tohto dôvodu má spoľahlivosť vypočítaných súradníc priamy vplyv aj na presnosť referenčného rámca a spoľahlivosť určovania polohy v platnej národnej realizácii v rámci SKPOS. Príspevok podrobnejšie opisuje postup výpočtu oficiálnych súradníc referenčných staníc SKPOS v systéme ETRS89 pomocou softvéru Bernese, cez ich verifikáciu až po akceptáciu výkonným výborom EUREF. Okrem toho príspevok opisuje, akým spôsobom národné servisné centrum SKPOS pristupuje k výpočtu súradníc nových staníc SKPOS krátko po ich zriadení, resp. po výmene antén GNSS.sk
