dc.description.abstractThis paper shows how a recent advancement in power semiconductor technology and some improvements can allow the flyback switching power supply to operate effectively at high output powers. The switching frequency can be increased, which allows for a more effective output filter design and a smaller transformer. A basic design example of a 1200 watt power supply power part is presented.en
