dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce má za cíl porovnat cenu novostavby dvoupodlažního rodinného domu za použití různých druhů stavebních materiálů. V teoretické části se řeší pojmy, jako jsou ceny, náklady, rozpočty, projektová dokumentace a oceňování nemovitostí. Praktická část obsahuje položkové rozpočty na rodinný dům a jeho projektovou dokumentaci. Výstupem práce je porovnání celkových cen rozpočtu, časová náročnost a tepelněizolační vlastnosti různých druhů stavebních materiálů.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This thesis aims to compare the price of new two-storey family house using various kinds of building materials. In the theoretical section addresses concepts such as prices, costs, budgets, project documentation and real estate valuation. The practical part contains itemized budgets to the family home and project documentation. The output of the thesis is a comparison of the total budget prices, time requirements and thermal insulation properties of different types of building materials.	en
