| dc.description.abstract | Haulers ignorance of technology of extrication and unfair practices of some extrication companies on the other hand raise a number of legal disputes about the costs associated with the extrication of crashed vehicles. Many disputes to insurance companies are because of liquidation consequential damages after an accident. Professionalization of extrication companies, using special techniques and equipment standardization work, gives the possibility to minimize the consequential damage while achieving reasonable profit rescue companies. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | Neznalost technologie vyprošťovacích prací na straně dopravců a nekalé praktiky některých vyprošťovacích firem na straně druhé vyvolávají řadu soudních sporů o úhradu nákladů spojených s vyproštěním havarovaných vozidel. Řada sporů je vedená také s pojišťovnami při likvidaci následných škod po havárii. Profesionalizace vyprošťovacích firem, použití speciální techniky, zařízení a standardizace prací dávají možnost minimalizace následných škod při dosažení odpovídajícího zisku vyprošťovacích firem. | cs |
