Polyfunkční objekt Trnitá v Brně

Abstract

Zadaním diplomovej práce je návrh Polyfunkčného objektu, ktorý je umiestnený v širšom centre Brna, presnejšie medzi ulicami Trnitá a Uhelná. Návrh vychádza z preddiplomového projektu v predmete NGA056- Specializovaný ateliér, v ktorom bola navrhnutá hmota objektu spolu s jeho okolím. Architektonická štúdia rieši objekt na nárožnej parcele so zložitým tvarovým charakterom. Celkovo sa v objekte nachádzajú tri funkcie- hotel, prenajímateľné jednotky pre študentov a malometrážne, štandardné a veľkometrážne byty. Hlavnou ideou polyfunkčného objektu bolo vytvorenie jednoduchej, no výraznej hmoty, ktorá harmonicky vyvažuje zložitosť samotnej parcely. Objekt je navrhnutý tak, aby čo najefektívnejšie využíval dostupný priestor, pričom zároveň ponúka priestranný a funkčný vnútroblok. Celková hmota je odľahčená prechodmi a ustupujúcimi časťami na všetkých troch stranách nepravidelného trojuholníku. Nárožia sú skosené a vyvýšené, čím sa stávajú výraznými dominantami celého objektu. Vnútroblok je jednoducho členený a jeho dominantou je vodný prvok v jeho centrálnej časti. Celkovo prepája a je v súlade s prechodmi na všetkých troch stranách. Dispozične a konštrukčne je objekt riešený ako trojtrakt, s pozdĺžnym železobetónovým skeletovým systémom. Podzemie je určené pre hromadné garáže pre všetky tri funkcie objektu. Parter objektu je v časti s bytmi riešený ako aktívny s prenajímateľnými jednotkami pre obchody a služby. V prípade hotela a študentského bývania je využívaný pre daný funkčný celok ako vstupný priestor. Objekt sa celkovo skladá z typických podlaží 2.-7.NP, jedného ustúpeného podlažia 8.NP a nárožných častí ako 9.NP. Fasáda objektu je zámerne farebne veľmi zjednotená pre čistý a minimalistický vzhľad. Tvorí ju fasádny obklad s jemným reliéfom tehly na všetkých stranách objektu. Celkovo sa jedná o tvarovo signifikantný a materiálovo čistý návrh bez rušivých elementov.The objective of this diploma thesis is the design of a mixed-use building located in the wider centre of Brno, specifically between Trnitá and Uhelná streets. The proposal builds on a pre-diploma project for the NGA056 – Specialized Studio course, in which the massing of the building and its immediate context was first developed. This architectural study addresses a corner plot of complex shape. The building accommodates three functions: a hotel, rentable units for students, and a mix of small-, standard- and large-scale apartments. The primary concept was to create a simple yet bold volume that harmoniously counterbalances the irregularity of the site. The design maximizes the use of available area while providing a generous, functional courtyard. The overall mass is lightened by pedestrian passages and recessed volumes on all three sides of the triangular footprint. The building’s corners are chamfered and elevated, becoming prominent focal points. The courtyard is simply articulated and anchored by a central water feature, which aligns with the pedestrian links on each side. Functionally and structurally, the building is organised as a three-wing plan supported by a longitudinal reinforced-concrete frame. The basement houses collective parking for all three uses. On the ground floor, the residential wing features an ‘active’ frontage of retail and service units, while the hotel and student housing wings use the parterre level as their main entrance lobbies. Above, the building comprises typical floors 2–7, a recessed 8th floor, and chamfered corner volumes at the 9th floor. The facade is deliberately unified in colour to achieve a clean, minimalist aesthetic. It is clad on all elevations with a subtly relief-textured brick panel. Overall, the proposal is a formally significant and materially pure design, free of disruptive elements.
