Rodinný dům s ordinací praktického lékaře v Broumově

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je novostavba rodinného domu s ordinací praktického lékaře v Broumově. Bytová část je rozdělena do dvou samostatných bytových jednotek. Jeden z bytů je mezonetový. Ordinace je bezbariérová. Má samostatný vstup ze severní strany. Objekt je zasazen do svažitého terénu. Má tři nadzemní podlaží, je částečně podsklepen, přičemž 3NP je řešeno v podkroví. Je to zděný objekt, který je ze systému POROTHERM s kombinací BTB tvarovek v podzemním podlaží. Zastřešení je řešeno kombinací sedlové a pultové střechy se sklony 35° a 15°.The theme of bachelor´s thesis is new-building family house with the surgery general practitioner. The residential area is divided for the two separate housing units. One of the apartments is duplex. The Surgery is wheelchair accessible. It has a separate entrance form the north side. The building is set in sloping terrain. It has three floors, it is partly basement and 3NP is solved in the attic. It is a brick building, which is the system POROTHERM with a combination of BTB fittings in the basement. Roofing is solved by a combination gabled and rack roof with a pitch 35° and 15°.
