dc.description.abstract	Projekt řeší novostavbu penzionu v městě Jevišovice na rovinném pozemku dosud využívaném jako louka. V projektu je řešena ubytovací část o projektové kapacitě 24 lůžek, dále restaurační zařízení o projektové kapacitě 36 hostů a nakonec bydlení pro majitele objektu, vstup do ubytovací a restaurační části je řešen jako bezbariérový pomocí nájezdových ramp. Celý objekt je řešen jako dřevostavba z KVH profilů 160/60mm pro nosné a obvodové stěny a profily rozměru 100/60mm jsou použity pro vnitřní dělící a nenosné konstrukce. Nosné konstrukce stropu a ploché střechy jsou navrženy z BSH profilů. Dřevěné prvky jsou rozmístěny vždy tak, aby tvořily kostru po 625mm. Velká část objektu je řešena jako difuzně-otevřená konstrukce, části, které si to z technických důvodů vyžadovaly, byly navrženy jako difuzně-uzavřené konstrukce. Objekt je zakládán na základových pasech. Zastřešení tvoří plochá střecha se štěrkovou povrchovou úpravou. Tepelné vlastnosti všech konstrukcí byly navrhovány s ohledem na ČSN 730540.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The master´s thesis is focused on the design of a pension in the city of Jevišovice. The plot is actually flat. Part of the building is suited for accommodation, there are going to be 24 beds in the rooms, Restaurant is going to be available for 36 persons. The other past of the building object is for the owners personal use. Entrance is for persons with limited mobility. The structure of peripheral walls is from KVH lumber with 160/60mm cross-sectional dimensions. Internal walls are planned from KVH profiles with 100/60mm ceiling roof are from BSH profiles. The distance between the profile is 625mm. Most of the structure is designed as a diffusely-open structure, where as at places where is was required they are diffusely-close. The building is founded on strips. Roof is flat, one-layer, with gravel as stabilization. Thermal properties do all the requirements of CSN codes.	en
