dc.description.abstract	Stavba je navržena přibližně do půdorysu písmene „F“ jako jednopodlažní podsklepený objekt s obytným podkrovím. Nosný systém objektu je řešen z POROTHERMU 30 PROFI zatepleného 200 mm EPS. Konstrukce střechy je řešena novodobým hambálkovým krovem. Pozemek je mírně svažitý k jiho-západu. V suterénu se nachází parkovací místa pro 3 osobní automobily, prádelna, technická místnost s dvěma sklady. V přízemí je řešen bazén, obývací pokoj, jídelna a kuchyň. Jídelna je propojená galerií s 2.NP. V podkroví se nachází ložnice s dvěma pokoji.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The building is designed to approximately in the shape of the letter "F" as a single-storey building with a basement and an attic. The supporting system object is solved from POROTHERM 30 PROFI thermo 200 mm EPS. The roof structure is designed "hambálkovým" modern truss. The land is gently sloping to the south-west. In the basement there is parking for 3 cars, laundry, utility room with two storage rooms. On the ground floor is a swimming pool, living room, dining room and kitchen. The dining room is connected to the 2.NP floor galleries, and upstairs there is a bedroom with two rooms.	en
