dc.description.abstract	Předmětem bakalářské práce je novostavba rodinného domu. Stavba je projektována v katastru města Moravský Krumlov. Půdorys domu tvoří dva spojené obdélníky, z nichž jeden kopíruje uliční čáru a druhý vystupuje do zahrady. Dům má dvě nadzemní podlaží. Součástí objektu je garáž pro dva osobní automobily. Dům je navržen z konstrukčního systému Porotherm. Zastřešení je provedeno sedlovou střechou nad hlavní částí a plochou vegetační střechou nad částí vystupující do zahrady.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The theme of bachelor’s thesis is a newlz bulit house. The building is designed in the city Moravský Krumlov. The floor plan of the house consist of two rectangles, one copies the street line and the second is directed to the garden. The house has two above-ground floors. There is a garage for two cars in the house. The house is designed from the structural systém Porotherm. Roofing is done with a saddle roof over main part and flat roof over the other part.	en
