Současné možnosti developerské činnosti pro nebytové prostory

Abstract

Diplomová prace se zabyva stanovenim ekonomicke efektivnosti developerskeho projektu vystavby apartmánového komplexu. Teoreticka cast je venovana vysvetleni pojmu investování, projektového řízení, ekonomicke efektivnost a uvedeni jejich ukazatelu. Dále popisuje podnikatelsky zamer, developerskou cinnost a penezni toky. V práci jsou také řešena rizika investicnich projektu, dale je provedena analyza soucasne situace v oblasti investice. V prakticke casti je proveden popis celeho realizovaneho projektu, stanoveni peneznich toku projektu a jeho nasledne vyhodnoceni a posouzeni ekonomicke efektivnosti.The thesis deals with the determination of evaluating the economic efficiency of a development project for the construction of apartment complex. The theoretical part explains the concepts of investment, project development, economic efficiency and putting their indicators. The thesis also describes the business plan development activities and cash flows. The thesis also addressed the risks of investment projects, as well as an analysis of the current situation in the current area of investment. In the practical part of the description is made of the entire completed project, determining the cash flows of the project and its subsequent evaluation and assessment of economic efficiency.
