dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou komercializace bytových domů. Teoretická část představuje problematiku hospodářských cyklů ve spojení s ekonomickou krizí. Součástí teoretické práce je také developerská oblast a s tím spojené financování a marketing developerských projektů, což je aplikováno také následně v praktické části na konkrétním developerském rezidenčním projektu. Mimo již zmíněnou aplikaci teoretických znalostí z první části práce je také vyhodnoceno dotazníkové šetření mezi developery, které je podkladem pro analýzu možnosti efektivní komercializace rezidenčních developerských projektů v postkrizovém období v různých stádiích hospodářského cyklu.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This thesis deals with the issue of commercialization of residential buildings. The theoretical part introduces the idea of the business cycle and its relation to economic crises. The theoretical part of this thesis also deals with the area of development and related financing and marketing development projects, which is applied subsequently to the practical part for the particular developer's residential project. In addition to the application of this theoretical knowledge is the analysis of a questionnaire survey among residential developers, which is the basis for analyzing the possibility of effective commercialization of residential development projects in the post-crisis period at different stages of the business cycle.	en
