Návrh na zlepšení finanční situace firmy

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je formulace návrhů na zlepšení finanční situace firmy s využitím metod finanční analýzy. Předkládaná diplomová práce byla zpracována pro konkrétní brněnskou firmu, která se zabývá reklamní činností. Přínosem této práce není jen formulace konkrétních návrhů, ale také podrobná finanční analýza za deset po sobě jdoucích období, protože firma obdobnou analýzu neprovádí a získá tak mnoho cenných informací, které může využít pro rozhodování.The main objective of this thesis is the formulation of the suggestions for the improvement of the company´s financial situation by using methods of the financial analysis. This presenting thesis was created for a concrete advertising company in Brno. The contribution of this thesis is not only a formulation of concrete suggestions but also a detailed financial analyse for the period of ten following years (which this company has not been doing before) to gain valuable information which can be used to improve the decision making process of the company.
