Požadavky na manažera stavebního podniku v období znalostní ekonomiky

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce „Požadavky na manažera stavebního podniku v období znalostní ekonomiky“ se v teoretické části práce zaměřovala na to, kdo je to manažer, jaké by měl mít manažer vlastnosti, znalosti, dovednosti a kompetence. Dále také jaké funkce musí manažer vykonávat a jaké role musí zastávat. V praktické části bakalářské byly stanoveny hypotézy, které jsem ověřoval průzkumem ve stavebních firmách, projekčních kanceláří, ateliérech, ale také samotnými manažery. Průzkum zjišťoval požadavky, které jsou v dnešní době kladeny na manažery ve stavebních podnicích.This work "Requirements for construction company executive in the knowledge economy" in the theoretical part focused on who is the manager, what should have manager attributes, knowledge, skills and competence. It also features what the manager to perform and what role must hold. In the practical part of the bachelor hypotheses have been set, which I verified the survey in construction companies, design offices, studios, as well as managers themselves. The survey found out requirements that are now placed on managers in construction.
