dc.description.abstract	Téma projektu se týká novostavby plaveckého centra s přidruženým provozem fitness centra a kavárny. Pozemek se nachází v západní části lokality Brno – Židenice, přímo sousedí s poliklinou Viniční a nachází se v bezprostřední blízkosti městské části Brno – Vinohrady. Nepravidelný a topograficky náročný pozemek výrazě determinuje tvar nově vznikající budovy plaveckého centra. Kompaktní hmota vycházející z dvou kvádrů propojených třetím o 45 pootočeným kvádrem. Objekt se skládá ze dvou nadzemních podlaží, je celopodsklepený. V prvním nadzemním (vstupním) podlaží se nachází vstupní hala, kavárna, zázemí pro zaměstnance a plavecké centrum se zázemím pro návštěvníky. Druhé nadzemní podlaží funguje jako samostatný provoz wellness a fitness centra. Podzemní slouží jako technické zázemí pro celý objekt. Budova je ze strany od Vinohradu částečně zapuštěná do země. Čelní fasády s výhledem na Brno jsou řešeny jako celoprosklené. Zbylé plochy fasád jsou opařeny světle šedou betonovou stěrkou. Hlavní vstup do budovy se nachází v místě pootočeného kvádru. Před vstupem je ponechán volný předprostor, půdorysně dotvářející obdélník, sloužící jako místo k setkávání, míjení ale i pro odpočinek návštěvníků jak plaveckého centra, tak Polikliniky Viniční.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The main topic of this project is a concept for the new building of the swimming center associated with a fitness center and a café. The site is located in the western part of locality Brno - Židenice, directly adjacent to the Healthcare Centre Viniční and is located in the neighbourhood of Brno - Vinohrady. Irregular and topographically challenging site determines the shape of newly emerging swimming center building. Compact mass composed from two main blocks connected by a third block rotated for 45. The building consists of two overground floors and one underground floor. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, a café, facilities for employees and a swimming center itself with its facilities for visitors. The second floor serves as a standalone wellness and fitness center and underground as a technical facility for the entire building. The building is from the side adjoining Vinohrad partially sunk into the ground. Front facades overlooking Brno are designed as wholeglazed. The remaining facades are covered with a light gray concrete compound. The main entrance to the building is located in the tilted block. The space in front of the entrance, complemetnig the rectangle in a floorplan, is left free. It serves as a meeting and passing point but also as a place for leisure for all the visitors of swimming center as well as the of the Healthcare Centre.	en
