dc.description.abstract	Predmetom dokumentácie je novostavba rodinného domu s prevádzkou v nízkoenergetickom štandarde v meste Rajhrad. Architektonické riešenie je ovplyvnené účelom stavby a charakterom okolitej architektúry , ktoré vo veľkej miere rešpektuje a stáva sa ich súčasťou. Architektonická kompozícia je navrhnutá striedmo a racionálne, s ohľadom na funkčné využitie objektu a na nízkoenergetický charakter, pričom vychádza z požiadaviek investora. Predmetom dokumentácie je rodinný dom s dvomi nadzemnými podlažiami, ku ktorému patrí odstavná plocha s garážou, taktiež sem zaraďujeme projekčnú kanceláriu s pristrešením a mimo iného záhradný dom so skladom. Rodinný dom je navrhnutý jako jednogeneračný pre štvorčlennú rodinu. V prvom nadzemnom podlaží sa nachádza 6 miestností a v druhom nadzemnom podlaží je umiestnených 8 miestností. K rodinnému domu je pripojená garáž s odstavnou plochou. Projekčná kancelária pozostáva z 9 miestností a patrí k nej aj prístrešok. Na pozemku je taktiež umiestnený objekt záhradného domčeka s príslušným skladom. Všetky objekty sú založené na základových pásoch z prostého betónu. Zvislé aj vodorovné nosné konštrukcie sú súčasťou systému Porotherm. Ide o murovaný konštrukčný systém. Strešná konštrukcia je tvorená drevenými väzníkmi v sklone 18°. Výkresová časť je spracovaná v programe AutoCAD a vizualizácie v programoch SketchUp a Photoshop.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The object of documentation is new development of a family house operating in the low -energy standard in the city of Rajhrad. Architectural design is influenced by the purpose of the building and by the character of the surrounding architecture, which greatly respecst and becomes part of them. The architectural composition is designed sparingly and rationally with respect to functional use of the builnding and the low-energy character based on the requirements of the investor. The object of documentation is a family two - stroeys house, which includes a parking area and also design office and garden house with appropriate stock. The family house is designed as one-generation house for a family of four. In the first floor are 6 rooms and in the second floor are located 8 rooms. To the house is connected a garage with access road. Design office consists of 9 rooms and it also involves a shelter. There is also situated the object of garden house with appropriate stock on the land. All objects are based on foundation strips of plain concrete. Vertical and horizontal substructure are parts of Porotherm system. It is a brick construction system. The roof construction is made of wooden trusses in slope 18°. Drawing part is processed in AutoCAD and visualization programs SketchUp and Photoshop.	en
