| dc.description.abstract | Práce navrhuje podnikatelský plán pro další rozvoj existujícího podniku. Zkoumá příležitosti v již provozovaném oboru a snaží se navrhnout projekt, který by přispěl k větší ziskovosti, k rozšíření a stabilizaci současného tržního podílu a upevnil jméno společnosti. Vychází z předpokladů firmy, která má již v daném oboru zkušenosti a obhajuje dlouhodobě svoje postavení na trhu. Posláním této práce je tedy na základě analýzy navrhnout takový záměr, ve kterém bude navázáno a využito dosavadních výsledků ke zlepšení konkurenceschopnosti a k dalšímu rozvoji společnosti. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | This thesis suggests a business plan for further progress of an existing company. It is looking at opportunities in already operating branch. It is trying to suggest a project which would lead to better profitability, expanditure and stabilizing of current market share and also strengthen the company name. The thesis is based on preconditions of the company which is experienced in its branch and for a long time has been defending its position on the market. The aim of my thesis therefore is, on the base of an analysis, to propose such a project, where previous results and expreiences are going to be used, to make competitiveness and further progress of the company better. | en |
