| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vypořádání nemovitostí v dědickém řízení, kde je popsán průběh jednotlivých fází, vztah účastků k řízení a rozdělení důkazních prostředků, jež jsou celého procesu součástí. V rámci teoretické části práce jsou rozebrány tři modelové situace, týkající se ocenění nemovitosti znaleckým posudkem, vývoje cen nemovitosti a vypořádání členského podílu u družstevních bytů, jak z pohledu společného jmění manželů, tak z pohledu více dědiců. | cs |
