Metody rozvoje technického myšlení a jejich využití ve stavebním podniku

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá otázkou metod technického myšlení a uplatnění na stavební podnik. Cílem práce je zjistit, jaký pohled má stavební podnik na možnost rozvoje technického myšlení. Závěry obsahují možná doporučení, které byly sestaveny na základě výsledků dotazníkového šetření, rozhovory s vedením stavebních podniků a vytvořením projektu na podporu technického myšlení.This thesis deals with the possibilities of methods of technical thinking and its application on the construction company. The aim of the thesis is to determine what is the view of the construction company on the possibility of developing technical thinking. The conclusions include possible recommendations, which were compiled on the basis of survey results as well as on interviews with the management of construction enterprises and by creating of a project to support technical thinking.
