Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá zhodnocením hospodářského stavu vybrané stavební společnosti prostřednictvím metod finanční analýzy. Teoretická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku stavebního odvětví a stavebního podniku a na vymezení významu a metod finanční analýzy. Praktická část obsahuje zpracování finanční analýzy vybraných společností. K hodnocení jsou využity metody analýzy absolutních ukazatelů, poměrové ukazatele a vybrané souhrnné ukazatele. Výsledky analýzy jsou následně porovnány mezi podniky a s průměrnými hodnotami odvětví stavebnictví.
This Master’s thesis focuses on assessing the financial condition of selected construction companies using financial analysis methods. The theoretical part presents the characteristics of the construction industry and construction enterprises and defines the purpose and methods of financial analysis. The practical part contains a financial analysis of the selected companies. The evaluation is based on absolute indicators, ratio indicators, and selected summary indicators. The results are subsequently compared between the companies and with the average values for the construction industry.

Závěrečnou práci obhajoval jasně a srozumitelně.
Z jeho přednesu bylo patrné, že k úkolům, které řešil, přistupoval velmi zodpovědně.
Na otázky členů komise odpověděl pohotově a s přehledem.
Rovněž na doplňkové otázky od oponenta odpověděl správně a jasně.
Státní zkušební komise závěrem konstatovala, že student svou závěrečnou práci obhájil na výborné požadované úrovni.
