Abstract

Předmětem mé bakalářské práce „Management a inženýrství údržby“ je seznámení se s teorií údržby a jejím začlenění v podniku. Teoretická část se zaobírá základními pojmy a metodami řízení od údržby po poruše po komplexní produktivní údržbu. Praktická část se zaměřuje na zavedení a průběh řízení metody TPM na konkrétním pracovišti.The object of this thesis „Management and maintenance engineering” is an introduction of maintenance theory and its integration in the company. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with the basic terms and methods of maintenance management from corrective maintenance till complex productive maintenance. In practical part it is focused on the implementation and progress of TPM management at the specific workplace.
