Pojistné podvody v oblasti trhu s nemovitostmi

Abstract

Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice pojistných podvodů v České republice konkrétněji na pojistné podvody v oblasti trhu s nemovitostmi. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část práce se zabývá definováním základních terminologických pojmů používaných v oblasti pojišťovnictví, právní úpravou pojistného podvodu, dělením, příčinami a vyšetřováním pojistných podvodů. Druhá část práce pojednává o statistickém srovnání a analýze dat v rámci pojistného trhu se zaměřením na jednotlivé kraje České republiky a identifikování indikátorů pojistných podvodů v těchto krajích. Třetí část práce se zabývá výpočtem pojistného plnění při likvidaci pojistné události a problematikou pojistných podvodů na trhu s nemovitostmi.This thesis deals with the problem of insurance fraud in the Czech Republic, focusing on insurance fraud in the real estate market. The work is divided into three parts. The first part involves a definition of the basic concepts of terminology used in the field of insurance, insurance fraud legislation as well as division, causes and investigation of insurance fraud. The second part deals with a statistical comparison and analysis of data within the insurance market, with a focus on individual regions of the Czech Republic and the identification of indicators of insurance fraud in these regions. The third part comprises deals with the calculation of indemnity during the claim settlement and the issue of insurance fraud in the real estate market.
