Jsou zde definovány základní pojmy této problematiky, základní pravidla oceňování staveb a stavebních prací a uvedena specifika nízkoenergetické výstavby. Práce provádí porovnání pasivního objektu s klasickou výstavbou včetně ekonomického vyhodnocení.	cs
