Abstract
Téma bakalářské práce je rodinný dům s podnikatelskou činností. Jedná se o dvoupodlažní dům částečně podsklepený, střecha je sedlová se sklonem 35°. Jako nosné konstrukce byly použity obousměrné stěny HELUZ. Budova je osazena na mírně svažitém pozemku směrem k západu. Veškeré konstrukce odpovídají platným normám ČSN.
The topic of this bachelor thesis is a family house with business activities. It is a two-storey house with a partial basement, the roof is pitched with a slope of 35 °. As the structure two-way wall HELUZ walls were used. The building is set on a land slightly sloping towards the west. All structures comply with the applicable standards ČSN.
