dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce řeší stavební úprava rodinného domu ve Slavkově z Brna, Husova 6. Objekt nyní obsahuje dvě bytové jednotky, zázemí firmy a prodejnu motoristických potřeb. Hlavním cílem je návrh rozšíření o půdní vestavbu, spojenou s novou konstrukcí krovu a zesílení stropní konstrukce. Díky návrhu nové dispozice se objekt stává bytovým domem, neboť bude obsahovat pět bytových jednotek, spolu s kancelářskými prostory a provozovnou cyklosportu. V teoretické části jsou řešeny sanace vlhkého zdiva, stavebně technický průzkum a postupy při bourání otvorů a zesilování stropní konstrukce. Tato část je prakticky aplikována v projektové dokumentaci.cs
dc.description.abstractThis Bachelor thesis deals with the structural adjustment of a family house in Slavkov u Brna, Husova street 6. The building now contains two residential units, a residence of a company and store selling motorist goods. The main aim is to design an attic expansion, connected with a new roof construction and reinforcement of a ceiling construction. Thank to the new layout design, the object becomes a residential house, as it will contain five residential units, along with an office space and a bycycle store. The theoretical part deals with rehabilitation of humid masonry, construction and engineering research and procedures for pulling holes in the wall and reinforcement of the ceiling. This section is practically applied in the project documentation.en
