Horský penzion

Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace včetně textové části pro realizaci novostavby Horského penzionu v Trojanovicích, nejprve ve formě studií a následně jako realizační projekt. Penzion je částečně podsklepen a má dvě nadzemní podlaží. Jedná se o stavbu samostatně stojící, s parkovacím stáním. Stavba je navržena ze stavebního systému Porotherm, stropní konstrukce z keramických stropních panelů, střecha sedlová s vikýři. Součástí práce je tepelně technické posouzení vybraných konstrukcí, zpráva požární bezpečnosti, protokol k energetickému štítku obálky budovy, dispoziční řešení a další výpočty.

The content of the master thesis is processing of project documentation for The Mountain Guesthouse in Trojanovice, first done as a pilot project and then as a feasibility study. It concerns a two-storey detached building with a parking stand, with a basement. This house is designed from the Porotherm building system, ceiling construction - ceramic ceiling panels, saddle roofs with dormer windows. The work also comprises thermal technical assessment chosen constructions, fire protection report, protocol - the energy label of the building envelope, dispositional design and further calculations.
