Stadion pro dráhovou cyklistiku TJ Favorit Brno

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá architektonickou studií cyklistického stadionu – velodromu – navrženého pro sportovní klub TJ Favorit Brno, nacházejícího se v městské části Brno-střed, Pisárky. Nový velodrom je umístěn na místě stávajícího sportoviště a je navržen tak, aby nadále naplno využíval 400 m dráhu, která je pro toto místo ikonická. Součástí návrhu jsou prostory určené pro sportovce i diváky – tribuny mají kapacitu téměř 4000 osob. Stadion rovněž nabízí zázemí pro klub Favorit Brno, technické sekce pro skladování a údržbu kol a doplňkové služby pro veřejnost. Stěžejním prvkem návrhu je zastřešení cyklistické dráhy, které tvoří předpjatá ocelová konstrukce překonávající rozpon 98 × 182 metrů. Architektonické řešení vychází z technického charakteru okolního prostředí, s respektem k industriálnímu duchu brněnského výstaviště.

This diploma thesis deals with the architectural study of a cycling stadium – velodrome – designed for the sports club TJ Favorit Brno, located in the city district of Brno-střed, Pisárky. The new velodrome is located on the site of the existing sports ground and is designed to continue to fully utilize the 400 m track, which is iconic for this place. The design includes spaces for athletes and spectators – the stands have a capacity of almost 4,000 people. The stadium also offers facilities for the Favorit Brno club, technical sections for bicycle storage and maintenance, and additional services for the public. The central element of the design is the roofing of the cycling track, which is formed by a prestressed steel structure spanning a span of 98 × 182 meters. The architectural solution is based on the technical character of the surrounding environment, with respect for the industrial spirit of the Brno Exhibition Center.
