dc.description.abstract	Predmetom projektu je novostavba študentského bývania v Brne, v katastrálnom území Královo Pole. Budova má štyri nadzemné podlažia a je osadená na mierne svažitom pozemku. Hlavný vstup nadväzujúci na vstupnú halu s recepciou a s dvoma schodiskami je zo severnej strany. V prvom podlaží sa nachádza technická časť objektu, ubytovanie pre 2 osoby s obmedzenou schopnosťou pohybu, študovňa, herňa a grilbar. Zvyšné tri podlažia sú navrhnuté ako bunkový ubytovací systém pre študentov vysokej školy. Každá bunka je určená pre 4 študentov. Bunka obsahuje predsieň, kúpeľňu, WC a kuchynku. Celková kapacita ubytovaných študentov je 98. Nosný systém budovy je monolitický železobetónový skelet s výplňovými obvodovými stenami z pórobetónových tvárnic. Objekt je zastrešený plochou jednoplášťovou strechou. Obvodový plášť je riešený ako kontaktný zatepľovací systém ETICS.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The aim of the project is student housing in Brno, which is in the administrative area of Pole.The building has four floors above ground and it is mounted on slightly sloping land. The main entrance is a follow-up to the entrance hall, where is the reception with twostaircases, which are on north side. There is the technical part of the building on the first side, lodging for 2 personswith reduced mobility, studyroom , game room and grillbar. The remaining three floors are designed as a cellular system of accommodation for university students. Every unit of them is designed for four students. The every unit of them has a hall, bathroom, toilet and kitchen. Total capacity is 98 students. The bearing system of the building is monolithic concrete skeleton with filler external walls, which are made of aerated concrete blocks. The building is coveredby flat single roof. The cladding is designed as a contact insulation system ETICS.	en
