dc.description.abstractS ohledem na okolní zástavbu a městský prostor je navržen sedmipodlažní terasovitě odstupující metropolitní dům z čehož jedno patro je podzemní. Nové městské centrum s konferenčními sály, dále možno využít přednášky, městské plesy nebo společenské večery. Součástí prostor je i turistické informační centrum se stálou expozicí o městě Brně, Moravě, dále pak galerie, bistro s kavárnou, vyhlídka z nejvyššího patra a doplňkové prostory. Na budovu navazuje rozsáhlý park s terénní úpravou.cs
dc.description.abstractWith regard to the surrounding buildings there is designed a seven-floor terraced metropolitan object, within one floor is in the underground. A new metropolitan centre with conference halls, also possible to use for lectures, city balls or social evenings. Within the obejct, there is turistical information centre with permanent exposition of Brno, Moravia, too. There is also a gallery, snack bar, café, outlook from the highest floor and complementary areas. A big park connects to the building.en
